My Wife and I were married in Maui, Hi on July 1,2002. We come here every year and pick up

Different ideas in Hawaiian cooking. Some of these ideas will be at Guido’s for your enjoyment. Guido’s was named after my Father, Guido Relei, Born and raised in Italy, the inspiration behind the name of our business ( My Mom helped too ). Everyone who knew us loved Guido. His charm

And personality was like a light in our family. We hope to extend the same warmth to you as

Guido extended to all of us.

My Wife, Colleen, graduated in May, 2001 from the San Francisco Culinary Academy.
